Firstly, Disk Drill was only available for Mac but then it was extended to other platforms such as Microsoft windows. The new Disk Drill windows version was released to solve all your data loss problems. It allows you to recover files lost on storage devices like internal and external hard drives, flash drive, memory or SD cards, smartphones and others.
This program is very simple and easy to use. When executed, it loads a list with every disk or storage units connected to the computer. To start the verification, just click the “Recover” button followed by the preferred unit.

It is very important to note that, to increase the chances of a successful file recovery you must always opt to run the deep verification. So, it is highly recommended to save the files contained in the “Reconstructed Files” folder.
